Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving invoice by wire transfer, company check with a bank letter of guarantee, certified funds, cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or by making a deposit at a local Bank of America into our CT account.

Resellers: An exemption is allowed if items are being purchased for resale. California buyers must complete the pertaining form and submit to info@asm-360.com prior to invoicing. Out-of-state buyers must complete their own state exemption form.
Use in Manufacturing: Exemptions will be allowed for manufacturers. CA Buyers must complete the CA pertaining form and submit it to info@asm-360.com. Out-of-state buyers must complete their own state exemption form.
Shipment out of State: Sales tax must be paid and will be reimbursed upon receipt of required documentation, (ie. bill of lading) Please let us know ahead of time that you will be supplying to avoid delays in the refund process. If we do not receive the bills of lading within 45 days of the auction. We will not refund the tax it will be paid to state of CA.

*Asset Management 360 does not pack, ship, store, crate or rig items. Buyers may either pick up their items at the designated auction site personally or can arrange for a third party logistics firm to manage the removal process for them. If someone other than the registered buyer at the sale is designated to pick up those purchased assets, the buyer must:
1) Contract with an independent logistics firm or other representative who will dismantle, crate, pack, or ship your purchased items.
2) Coordinate the removal of those purchased items to meet the time deadlines indicated on this page.
3) Submit an “Agent Release Authorization” form which will allow Asset Management 360 to release items to a third party contractor for shipping, crating or packing purposes. Since Asset Management 360 does not ship the items, we do not obtain/prepare any export licenses/documents. *Asset Management 360 finds and displays one or more local logistics service providers who understand our removal process, offer specific services, and have certain skills and capacities. We offer this service to you without representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever.
Asset Management 360 is not affiliated with any machinery rigging, transport or export company. We provide the names and contact information of available companies solely as a courtesy to our buyers. Asset Management 360 does not endorse or guarantee the services of any machinery rigging, transport or export company, and cannot be held responsible for any damage, omission or other problems incurred as a result of the actions of those companies. Buyers are encouraged to utilize a service provider of their choice, provided they supply Asset Management 360 with the required forms and insurance certificates.
